Ordering from Symbiote Studios
1) What methods of payments are accepted?
Symbiote Studios accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, American Express, Google Checkout and PayPal.
2) When is my credit card charged for my purchase?
Symbiote Studios charges your credit card at the time your order is shipped. PayPal orders will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Please note that a verification of funds is done at the time of purchase. This may appear on your account as a pending charge. The charge will not be applied until the product is shipped.
Symbiote Studios does reserve the right to charge within 30 days of estimated arrival for pre-orders and back orders. For more information contact us.
3) Am I guaranteed to get an item in the promised shipping period or availability date?
In some cases Symbiote Studios relies on other companies to supply our merchandise as we do not manufacturer all the items on our site ourselves. Symbiote Studios is not responsible for manufacturer delays in delivery, manufacturer shortages in delivery, manufacturer non-delivery of product, manufacturer changes, manufacturer modifications or manufacturer cancellations. Furthermore, a manufacturer most likely will not notify Symbiote Studios of these situations. Because of this, we have no way to notify our customers of these situations and therefore we can not implement any type of product ship date or availability guarantee to our customers.
4) Can I order via phone, fax or email?
Symbiote Studios encourages the use of the online shopping cart. If a customer prefers not to use this method, we do allow fax and email orders. For fax orders, send to 520-572-9420. For email orders, send to info(@)symbiotestudios.com. Fax and e-mail orders must include:

Symbiote Studios guarantees that every credit card purchase you make at Symbiote Studios will be secure. If any unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of your purchasing from Symbiote Studios, you will pay nothing.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act in the United States and under the consumer protection legislation in certain provinces of Canada, your bank cannot hold you liable for up to $50 worth of fraudulent charges or as agreed upon by you and your bank in your credit card agreement. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, Symbiote Studios will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.
Symbiote Studios will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted from purchases made at Symbiote Studios while using the secure server and through no fault of your own.
You must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures in the event of unauthorized use of your credit card.

Symbiote Studios Shipping.
1) When is my order shipped?
Symbiote Studios ships orders 2-7 days from the order date for in stock items. Pre-orders and back orders are shipped 2 - 7 days from in stock date. This time depends on the item ordered and the receipt of payment.
2) What shipping methods are available?
Symbiote Studios uses UPS or USPS carriers for all North American shipments. All shipments to the UK use USPS. All orders are tracked and insured through the shipping carrier. Most orders will arrive in 4-7 business days from the ship date. International orders may incur a delay because of customs.
3) What are Symbiote Studios shipping rates?
Symbiote Studios shipping and handling rates are based on our best available UPS or USPS rates. You can view an estimate of the shipping costs during the checkout process.
4) Does Symbiote Studios accept international orders?
Symbiote Studios accepts orders world wide..
5) Who pays the custom charges for international shipments?
Customers are responsible for all custom charges that their order may incur in shipping internationally.
6) Does Symbiote Studios allow local customers to pick up their order?
Symbiote Studios is not able to allow local customers to pick-up orders from Symbiote Studios directly. All orders must be shipped, regardless of the customer's location.

Symbiote Studios Return Policy.
1) What is Symbiote Studios return policy?
Symbiote Studios wants their customers to be satisfied with their orders. All orders are inspected for quality and accuracy prior to shipping. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund.
All products MUST be returned in their entirety, in the original condition and packaging, in saleable condition, without missing parts/pieces, and with the invoice. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
2) How do I return a product?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund. You may return items by completing the Return Request Form and then following the return instructions given.

1) What if I find an item for a lower price on another site?
Symbiote Studios knows that price is important and that is why we offer Symbiote Studios Price Matching. If you find a lower advertised price from an online store with the same item in stock, we want to know about it. If you bring it to our attention, we will beat their price.
Symbiote Studios Price Matching policy applies only to advertised prices from reputable online stores. It does not apply to special offers or promotions. In order to take advantage of our Price Matching, you must email us with a link to the item showing that it is in stock and available to order at the lower price from a reputable online store.
2) How do I sign up for the Symbiote Studios newsletter?
Symbiote Studios sends out monthly newsletters to its customers that sign up for the newsletter only. To sign up, simply select the option to "Subscribe to Mail List" in the "Your Account" section.
If you have already created an account, but didn't select the option to receive the newsletter, then simply Sign In, go to "Your Account" and select not to receive the newsletter.
